- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1/2 ripe banana
- 1–2 tbsp breast milk, formula, or water (optional)
Steps
- Mash avocado and banana until very smooth (or blend).
- Thin with a little liquid if needed. Serve immediately.

- Best fresh; avocado can brown—press plastic wrap against the surface if storing briefly.
