Ingredients
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped (no skin, no seasoning)
- 1 cup sweet potato purée or steamed chunks
- 2–4 tbsp water, breast milk, or formula
Steps
- Combine cooked chicken and sweet potato in a blender.
- Add liquid and blend until completely smooth; reheat gently until steaming and cool before serving.
Tips
- Ensure chicken is fully cooked (165°F / 74°C).
- Introduce chicken and sweet potato separately before combining.
